  • We begin each project by conducting a kickoff meeting with stakeholders to discuss the organization’s background, goals, as well as channels and assets we want to leverage. From there, we'll develop a custom strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and budget.

    At the end of the campaign, we’ll help plan and coordinate follow-up communications to thank donors and encourage future engagement.

However, when calculating your campaign’s return on investment (ROI), it’s important to factor in the amount of time your staff has to devote to planning and managing it.   • How much money your campaign raises will depend on a variety of factors: the channels you’re active on, the number of followers you have, the size of your email list… One of the most important factors, however, is the culture of philanthropy surrounding your organization. If this is your first crowdfunding campaign, for instance, it may take a few iterations to achieve maximum engagement. Like most marketing efforts, fundraising campaigns tend to be more successful the longer you stick with them. Our team will work with you to assess the campaign’s feasibility, set an achievable goal, and ensure profitability on the very first attempt.

  • Studies show that 30% of all giving occurs during the month of December, with 10% occurring during the final 3 days of the year. At the very least, you should account for this by planning an end-of-year campaign. Campaigns can also be useful to support new programs or initiatives. And don’t forget: not all campaigns need to focus on fundraising. We’ve seen tremendous success with awareness campaigns as well.

    There is no set track or prerequisite for most of our services—we’re happy to work with whatever foundation you have in place.
