Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If, for some reason, the quality of any of our services is not satisfactory, we will either credit or refund to you the relevant fees paid for those services, if you so request. If the cause of your dissatisfaction is a problem that we can solve, such as a mistake or an inaccuracy that we should have avoided, we may instead offer to solve the issue for no extra charge. This Satisfaction Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
2. NOTIFYING A CLAIM
If you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason, you may send an email to hello@greengate-marketing.com within thirty (30) days after signing up for one of Green Gate’s in order to be eligible for a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee. Your failure to submit a claim under this Guarantee within thirty (30) days of signing up for a with Green Gate waives your rights under this Guarantee for that service.
3. CREDIT / REFUND PROCESS
We want to make sure any claims are processed as promptly as possible. After receiving notification as described above, claims under the Satisfaction Guarantee may take up to thirty (30) business days to process and issue a refund (if permitted). We reserve the right in our sole discretion to hold the client responsible for any bank fees or other transaction charges that the client’s bank charges as a result of the issuance of the refund. If we have good reason to believe that a refund request is not based on genuine dissatisfaction with our services (e.g., if you do not identify anything in particular that went wrong), we may ask for clarifying details before approving the refund. In some cases, refunds may be given as Green Gate credit that can be applied to future Green Gate services.
4. CHANGES
We believe that our commitment to client satisfaction is the key to our success, so this Guarantee is not likely to change at any time. However, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Satisfaction Guarantee or to, if we deem it necessary, restrict its availability to any person or firm, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Satisfaction Guarantee. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
This Guarantee is further subject to the terms and conditions of any engagement agreement between you and us.
